Obscured by Clouds. It is no Meddle, but it is on my short list. I grew to really loving the majority of their records, but Meddle hooked me first as well and then this record followed for me. I think I liked the 4 minute songs for a change.

Excited to see Head of Skulls. Unfortunately not this weekend for me, but soon.

Well I’m glad we are in agreement about Meddle. I’ll definitely check out DSOTM again, and have you seen Live at Pompeii? That is absolutely great regardless of how one feels about the band.

I’ve always thought Meddle was their best but you should probably listen to Dark Side a few times through as well. Money is the worst song on that disk if you ask me. It’s also fun to watch in sync with The Wizard of Oz :)

it was really fantastic, and hopefully they decide to play a show where they do a full set. that remains to be seen.

however, there is always the gauge reunion at bottom lounge on march 6th!
